A clock that shows your latest bedtime to ensure that your sleep bank remains in credit.
It learns your most likely waking time for tomorrow and considers your current sleep efficiency and sleep bank balance.
Latest Bedtime Details
Tap on the Latest Bedtime tile to drill into a details view. Latest Bedtime considers your current sleep bank balance, your sleep efficiency and your most likely wake time for the next morning and lets you know the latest time you should be in bed.
The clock shows an orange shade of the time that you should be in bed, its a nice visual too easily see the remaining time before bed at any part of the day or night. The exact bedtime and calculated waketime based on your habits for the following day can be seen under the clock, also showing a countdown of the time remaining.
For example, below I can see my latest bedtime is 11:19pm. In order for AutoSleep to derive this bedtime, it uses advanced calculations looking at my current sleep bank with individual days and patterns. It's quite amazing.
Bedtime reminders are calculated from your latest bedtime. This is the latest possible bedtime to ensure that your sleep bank remains in credit. AutoSleep learns your most likely waking time for tomorrow based on your history and considers your current sleep efficiency and sleep bank balance to calculate a latest bedtime.
Reminders before your latest bedtime can be set to notify you at 10 mins, 30 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins or 120 mins beforehand, just tap the appropriate value. You can also select multiple reminders, for example, if you would like a notification at 60 minutes and 10 minutes before bedtime. When a notification appears, you can swipe down to show the clock and a snooze button.
