Navigating History
History contains a lot of great functionality to help you easily find what you are looking for. Spend some time navigating your way around and you will be a pro in no time at all.
Changing Dates
There are a couple key ways to find the date your after:
Using the Graph - do a 'swipe and hold' on the graph side to side and you will see the graph move to a previous or future date range. You will notice a triangle appear when you do a side swipe, indicating that the calendar is moving in that direction
Using the Calendar - swipe up or down on the calendar to move the date range focus. You will notice the highlight box on the graph will also move as you swipe up or down on the calendar
Graph Averages
The graph display will show a white outlined box to indicate the week you are currently focused on. This box moves as you move to different dates in your history. For each view, 2 key metrics show in the top right corner of the graph, the total average across the entire 12 weeks and also the average across the current week you have the outlined box focused on. Each week to week will also contain a thin horizontal line showing the average for that week, handy for seeing any significant changes week to week without having to swipe.
Banner Pop-up
Tap on any date in the calendar and a banner will pop-up containing all the key information for that sleep session. You can tap on any of the boxes and the calendar and graph will update to reflect that metric. For example, if I tap on the Heartrate box, it will update the calendar and days to the heartrate view and trends.
The banner pop-up also allows a side swipe to add emojis and notes, along with a quick view of the sleep session graph (see below image). Refer to the emojis and notes page for more information, or for information on sleep graphs refer to the sleep session section in the Today tab.
Pro-tip: If you press clock tab after selecting a day, it goes to Clock tab in view mode for that day.
Open a Day/Night
To open the details for a specific date, simply 'touch and hold' on any date in the calendar:
This will direct you to the Clock in view mode with the dates information loaded. You can view all the associated graphs and trends with that date, or even edit the record if required using the 'Edit' link in the top right corner. To return to todays date, a quick link can be found to todays date in the top left corner.
History Tabs
The top of the History view contains a number of icons to change the data pulling into history. Simply tap on any of the icons and the graph and calendar will update. The different tabs/views include:
